Questions parents ask
- What does a plan cover?
- One child, with one live 20-minute lesson every day, and everything above. Both plans include exactly the same things, and both are priced per child.
- Annual or monthly?
- Annual is $240 paid once a year, which works out at $20 a month and saves $180 on paying monthly. Monthly is $35 a month. You can switch between them from your account.
- I have more than one child.
- Each child learns with their own plan, so every child gets their own daily lesson and their own journey. Each child is $240 a year or $35 a month, all on one subscription. Add another child from the studio whenever you like; you pay only for what's left of your current month or year, then the same per-child price.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time, from your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and then stops. There is nothing to pay after that.
- What does my child need?
- A phone, tablet or computer with a web browser and a microphone. There is nothing to install.
- Is it safe for my child?
- The account belongs to you, the parent. Luo only talks about learning, and steers back to the lesson if a child wanders. Read exactly what we collect and why in our Terms.
